Long before Individual Support Services, Inc. was founded in 2006, owner Kim Moore was inspired to make a difference for the elderly and disabled populations not only in our community but within the system as a whole.
Kim was familiar with the home health care industry, having been her father’s caregiver. With a full-time job and children to raise, Kim found the role of caregiver tough to balance. After bad experiences with the industry, and after failing to secure reliable, quality assistance for her father, Kim decided to embark on a path that would improve the system from within.
Today, Individual Support Services, Inc. is a licensed, CARF-accredited agency that’s partnered with Individual Support Home Health Agency. We provide a range of services that meet the varying needs of the elderly, physically disabled, and intellectually disabled in our community.
